Ms. Ma. Carmencita P. Toledo is Director for both the Ramon Magsaysay Transformative Leadership Institute (RMTLI), and the Awardee Relations Unit at the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation (RMAF). She is a seasoned social and organizational development practitioner,  whose work involves conducting developmental research, group facilitation and training, events and conference management, and management operations in various development and private institutions in the Philippines for over 20 years. Ms. Toledo’s research approach employs social-psychological concepts, theory, and research methods, and with extensive research experience on contemporary multicultural and social issues in Asia.
