GEOSAT Aerospace & Technology Inc.'s founder Dr. Cheng- Fang Lo received his Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from University of Texas at Austin. He is also the former CEO of the Satellite Information Research Center of National Cheng-Kung University. Dr. Lo has served in various government departments with appointments and experience as the Head of Public Construction Bureau of Tainan City, Private Secretary to the Minister of Transportation & Communication and CEO/General Manager of state-owned Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation. In the field of public policy and think tank involvement, he is the former President of the Taiwanese Engineers Association, Executive Committee Member of Taiwan Thinktank, as well as Secretary General of Taiwan Management Institute. Dr. Lo's cross-cutting experiences in industry, government (both local and central), academic and research has put him in charge of many important integrated national research programs, as well as running large state-owned corporation with successful results.
