Mr. Tatsuo Horiuchi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Farmind Corporation, a Japanese leading fresh produce distributor. Farmind Corporation was established in 2015 through integration by merger of four companies: Fresh MD Holdings, Inc., Fresh System, Inc., Fresh Remix Corporation and Einband Holdings, Inc. Tatsuo founded Fresh MD Holdings, Inc., Fresh System, Inc., and Fresh Remix Corporation while he was one of top executive members of Dole Japan, Ltd and Dole Asia, Ltd. He served both of them as the Executive Vice President. He started his career with Dole when he joined Castle and Cooke East Asia Limited (currently Dole Food Company) in 1978.

With 40 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable industry, Tatsuo has continuously contributed to innovate the fresh produce distribution business in Japan and Asia. He obtained his MBA from University of Puget Sound (USA) in 1977 and graduated from Gakushuin University (Japan), Faculty of Economics in 1973.
