Dr. Nina Kao Hsiao Ling is the CEO of Overseas Medical Mission Center of Changhua Christian Hospital and also the Executive Director of the Taiwan Alliance in International Development’s (Taiwan AID) Board Members. She is a professional international project manager and has been devoting herself to international work for more than 15 years.

Dr. Kao is also the key coordinator for Taiwan-Thailand cooperation projects under Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy. She is instrumental in mobilizing resources from both public and private sectors for international programs benefitting developing countries such as medical services and capacity building in Nepal, India, Mongolia and Thailand; health promotion and safe water projects in Myanmar; and children malnutrition improvement projects in Vietnam.

Being concerned with development effectiveness and effective cooperation development, she joined the regional networking of CPDE (CSOs Partnership for Development and Effectiveness) to facilitate workshops for Taiwan CSOs to promote enabling environments, SDGs implementation, transparency and accountability.
